Chiropractic Care Built Around the Way You Actually Live

We’re here beyond adjustments. Not just for treatment plans. We are for a community that's more vibrant because the people in it aren't held back by pain they didn't choose. Read My Why

Not every patient walks in with the same problem, the same schedule, or the same body. At Enhance Life Chiropractic, I've built a practice around three groups of people who tend to fall through the cracks of conventional chiropractic: youth athletes pushing their limits, moms carrying more than anyone gives them credit for, and tradespeople whose bodies take a daily beating on the job. If you see yourself in any of these, you're in the right place.

Why the People I Serve Aren't Getting the Care They Need Elsewhere

Most chiropractic offices are built around a single model: come in, get adjusted, come back. That works for some people. But youth athletes need more than a quick crack before the next game. Moms need a provider who understands how pregnancy and postpartum change the body. Tradespeople need someone who actually gets what a full day of physical labor does to a spine. I built this practice to go deeper than a standard adjustment — combining hands-on techniques, corrective exercise coaching, and a full health-history intake on your first visit so we're treating the root cause, not just the symptom that brought you in.

Youth Athletes: Perform Better, Stay in the Game Longer

Young athletes are often told to push through pain — or worse, told to rest and wait. Neither of those answers actually solves the problem. I work with high school and youth athletes on injury prevention, performance support, and recovery, and I hold a Colorado sports physical certification that most chiropractors in this area don't market or even mention. As a former high school track and cross-country athlete who used chiropractic care to keep competing and earn college scholarships, I know what it means to have your athletic future on the line. I'll treat your kid like that matters.

  • Sports physicals completed in-office with same-day availability
  • Technique-specific adjustments paired with corrective exercise coaching
  • Parent-friendly communication at every step of care
  • Focus on long-term athletic development, not just clearing them to play

Moms: Prenatal, Postpartum, and the Whole Family

Care for your Next Chapter

Pregnancy changes everything — the way you sleep, the way you move, the way your pelvis and spine distribute load. Postpartum recovery is its own chapter. I provide gentle, technique-appropriate chiropractic care for moms at every stage, from the first trimester through the months after delivery. And because moms are often the ones managing everyone else's health too, I'm also a resource for the whole family. Whether you're dealing with back pain, pelvic discomfort, headaches, or just running on empty, this is a practice where you don't have to explain yourself to a different provider every time you come in.

  • Prenatal adjustments using techniques appropriate for each trimester
  • Postpartum care that accounts for how delivery changes the body
  • A calm, unhurried environment — no rushed appointments
  • Same-day and Sunday morning availability for busy family schedules

Tradespeople: Care That Understands What Your Work Costs Your Body

A Collaborative Clinic of Wellness

Mechanics, plumbers, restoration crews, and construction workers don't have the luxury of taking it easy. You're on your feet, under vehicles, in crawl spaces, and carrying loads that most people never touch. The wear that puts on your back, neck, shoulders, and hips is cumulative — and it doesn't just go away with a night's sleep. I work with tradespeople who need a provider who respects their time, doesn't talk down to them, and gives them real tools to manage the physical demands of their work. That means adjustments, yes — but also IASTM, electrical stimulation, kinesiotaping, and corrective exercise you can actually do.

  • Adjustments targeting the patterns of strain common in physical labor
  • Hands-on soft tissue work with IASTM and electrical stimulation
  • Corrective exercise coaching done with you in the gym, not handed off as a printout
  • Flexible scheduling, including same-day appointments

Your Questions Answered

Moving Beyond Pain to Enhance Life.

  • Do you only see youth athletes, moms, and tradespeople?

Not at all. These are the patient groups I've built specific care pathways for, but I welcome anyone who needs chiropractic care. If you're dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or just want to move better, reach out and we'll figure out if we're the right fit.
  • What does a first visit look like for a new patient?

Your first visit starts with a full health-history intake so I understand what's actually going on — not just the symptom that brought you in. From there, I'll complete an exam, identify the root cause, and walk you through a documented care plan before we do anything else.
  • Do you see kids and teenagers?

Yes. Youth athletes are one of the core groups I serve. I hold a Colorado sports physical certification and have experience working with high school and youth athletes across a range of sports and injury types.
  • Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

Yes, when performed by a provider trained in prenatal techniques. I use adjustment methods appropriate for each stage of pregnancy and take a careful approach with every prenatal patient. Many of my patients start care in their first trimester and continue through delivery.
  • Can you help with work-related injuries for tradespeople?

Yes. I work with patients dealing with repetitive strain, acute injuries, and the cumulative wear that comes from physically demanding work. If you've been injured on the job, reach out and we'll talk through what care looks like for your situation.
  • Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes. Same-day availability is something I've built into the practice on purpose. I know that pain doesn't wait for a convenient opening in your schedule, so I keep room for patients who need to be seen quickly.
