How My Practice Began

Chiropractic Care That Started With My Own Sports Injury

I built Enhance Life Chiropractic around longer appointments and real conversation, because getting quickly in and then rushed out the door was never going to fix what's actually going on with your condition. I grew up running cross country and track, and by high school the pain in my hips and knees had gotten bad enough that I was ready to quit both sports for good.

My mom suggested I see a chiropractor, and it turned my season around. I didn't just stop hurting, I ended up running better than ever and earning college scholarships I never thought were possible. That's the whole reason I do this job, and it's why I still hold Colorado's certification for sports physicals and love working with young athletes today. If chiropractic care could get a kid who was ready to quit all the way to a scholarship, I want every athlete who walks through my door to know what's possible for them too.

Trained at the Birthplace of Chiropractic

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo, then headed to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the school where the entire profession started. I graduated in 2018 and moved to Denver, and Colorado's been home ever since.

What I Value

Why I Don't Adjust and Send You On Your Way

A lot of chiropractic care follows the same pattern: you come in, get adjusted, get told to come back in two weeks, and that repeats with no real plan behind it. I do things differently. Your first visit is a full health history, because I need to know what you're actually doing in your day-to-day life that's causing this, whether that's an old injury, bad posture, or just the physical toll of your job. From there we build a plan together, and that plan almost always includes exercises and stretches on top of adjustments. I coach you through those myself, right in the gym, using the same equipment you'll see me using, and we check your progress every single visit.

Over the years I've noticed the same three types of people keep showing up, and they're exactly who I want to see: youth athletes trying to stay in the game and perform at their best, moms navigating everything pregnancy and postpartum throw at your body, and the mechanics, plumbers, and restoration crews who use their bodies to make a living and don't have the luxury of ignoring pain. If that's you, you're in the right place.
